Download it from WordPress.org repository or just search for “Contact Form 7 Database” in your WordPress dashboard under Plugins → Add New and click Install Now. After you install it, just press Activate and that’s it. All submitted information from your “Contact Form 7” form will be saved in your database. You can view, edit, delete and export (supports CSV format) all saved information in WordPress dashboard under Contact → Database.
